Oct 16 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:
** KKR & Co KKR.N is set to launch the sale of Singapore-based Goodpack in a deal that could value the provider of shipping containers and logistics services at around $1.8 billion, people with knowledge of the matter said. nL1N3LS0LN
** Israel's flag carrier El Al has made an offer to acquire a 45% stake in the country's leading credit card company Isracard in a deal valuing the latter at 3.1 billion shekels ($823.9 million), the company said. nL1N3LS0KB
** Brazilian steelmaker CSN CSNA3.SA said that it has reached a non-binding agreement to sell a stake of up to 11% in its mining unit CSN Mineracao CMIN3.SA to Japan's Itochu Corp 8001.T. nS0N3LC0GL
** French unions have called on workers at Sanofi SASY.PA to strike from Thursday to protest a planned sale of the pharmaceutical group's consumer health arm, adding to complications around a deal estimated at about $16 billion. nL8N3LS0S1
** Saudi Arabia's Manara Minerals is closing in on a deal to buy a minority stake in Canadian miner First Quantum Minerals' FM.TO Zambian copper and nickel assets, three people familiar with the details told Reuters. nL6N3LR0JV
** Spanish bank BBVA BBVA.MC raised the impact on its capital ratio to 38 basis points after it adjusted the hostile takeover offer for its smaller rival Sabadell SABE.MC, it said in a regulatory filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.nL8N3LR25Z
** MasOrange, the Spanish unit of French telecom group Orange ORAN.PA, has hired BNP Paribas to sell its stake in the fibre network it shares with Vodafone Spain, El Confidencial website reported, citing unnamed market sources.nL1N3LS07Z
** Toho Co 9602.T, the Japanese creator of the "Godzilla" movie franchise, will acquire the U.S. distributor of Studio Ghibli's famed animated films, to help drive overseas expansion, it said. nL4N3LS0C3
** Shareholders have backed plans for budget carrier AirAsia to be bought by its long-haul associate, AirAsia X AIRX.KL, paving the way for the Malaysian-based airlines to finalise their consolidation by the end of the year. nL8N3LS01B
