** Cerebras Systems is likely to postpone its IPO, after facing delays with a U.S. national security review on UAE-based tech conglomerate G42's minority investment in the AI chipmaker, people familiar with the matter said. nL1N3LK10Y
** Alternative asset manager Ares Management ARES.N said on Tuesday it will buy smaller rival GLP Capital Partners' international business, excluding China operations, in a deal valued at $3.7 billion. nL4N3LK0WN
** German engine manufacturer Deutz DEZG.DE aims to make further acquisitions, with an eye on companies in the service sector with revenues of between 10 million and 40 million euros ($11-$44 million), Chief Executive Sebastian Schulte told Reuters. nS8N3JU068
** Spain's stock market supervisor CNMV will analyse a competition review of banking group BBVA's BBVA.MC bid for smaller rival Sabadell SABE.MC before deciding when it might give a green light for the deal, the head of the CNMV said. nL8N3LK11Y
** Italian defence company Leonardo LDOF.MI is looking at a dozen domestic and foreign companies for possible acquisitions in the cyber security sector, and could close some deals by the end of the year, its chief executive said. nL8N3LK0IX

** EssilorLuxottica ESLX.PA sees its stake of more than 5% in Japanese camera maker Nikon Corp 7731.T as a long-term financial investment to support the company and its management, a source close to the Franco-Italian eyewear maker said. nL8N3LK0SE
** Britain's Vodafone VOD.L said on Tuesday it has deepened its strategic partnership with Alphabet's GOOGL.O Google in a ten-year, billion dollar plus deal that will bring the U.S. tech giant's new generative AI-powered devices to customers across Europe and Africa. nL4N3LK0I5
** Holcim HOLN.S has bought U.S. insulation systems OX Engineered Products, the cement maker said on Tuesday, its latest bolt-on acquisition to expand its products and solutions business. nTUC6YJ0MV
** Indonesian state-controlled miner PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) ANTM.JK has acquired a 30% stake worth $102 million in a smelter owned by a subsidiary of Chinese stainless steel giant Tsingshan Holding Group, the company said in an exchange filing. nL1N3LK013
** The chief of South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service ordered a probe into tender offers for Korea Zinc 010130.KS shares to monitor for any unfair trade practices, the financial watch dog said in a statement. nL1N3LK01U
** China's WuXi AppTec 603259.SS, 2359.HK said on Tuesday it was assessing options for continuing its cell and gene therapy manufacturing business, WuXi Advanced Therapies, but it has not entered any binding deals regarding the operations. nL4N3LJ1L4
